Sudanese Military Releases Prime Minister After Coup

Prime Minister Abdalla Hamdok of Sudan, who was detained for weeks after a military coup on Oct. 25, returned to power under a deal with Lt. Gen. Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, the army chief. Dozens have been killed in bloody anti-coup protests since his ouster.
